Nick & Nora’s Infinite Playlist is probably one of the more popular and mainstream indie movies out there, and like many indie movies, its centered around teenagers and music. The main theme is definitely romance, Nick is a bass player in a band with a slew of crappy names who’s in month 12 or something of his recovering heartbreak from his ex girlfriend Tris (Actually its only been 3 week, two days, and 23 hours, but he's so miserable it seems like he's been moping forever)
Norah is Tris’s friend who is enveloped in music. They take a night long adventure to find the band Where’s Fluffy and fall in love basically, its a super cute movie and there’s not really a whole lot of plot to it. If there was no music or no romance this movie would be pretty much terrible, there is a piece of gum that travels from mouth to mouth to toilet to mouth to mouth to the back of some guys head, but that piece of gum is the only adventure happening other than the one in Nick and Norah’s hearts.
