Elf

Elf is quite possibly my favorite Christmas movie ever.  The reason being that I do not find Elf to be ridiculously corny like a lot of other Christmas movies that make me want to spork my eyes out because it is so mushy and fake. 

Elf has an incredibly creative plot that really keeps you engaged throughout the entire movie, especially as far as Christmas movies go.  One of the reasons that I really do not like to watch movies is because they can never seem to hold my attention and Elf actually does that for me.  The characters are all pretty detailed and the actors that were picked to play the roles worked out really nice.  

If you for some reason (such as living under a rock) have no seem Elf you need to do so immediately!  I also feel like Elf has a lot of major elements that tend to make up the better films.  It not only has a nice Christmas message, but it has comedy, romance, and tragedy.  This film also is not just for children but it also for adults too which is an added bonus.
