Take Aways

This first semester has been a little difficult. It can be a little hard to remember everything good you learned when you realize you may not have been managing your time as well as you should have. But aside from that, I feel that I have enjoyed my first semester, the highlight being attending this class. Often I feel inadequate when it comes to making art. I feel that there are so many people out there who devote so much time and energy to their art. There is just so much uncertainty. After taking this class I feel that I have started to reevaluate my approach to making art. I feel that I myself am too concerned about trying to hard to do what everyone else does. "Clearly what they do is working so I should to". I feel that I let myself get in the way and just create something I want. I still feel a little afraid, but I hope to improve.
