Osmosis Jones

I simply MUST do a blog on Osmosis Jones.

Osmosis Jones has to be probably my favorite animated movie of all time. Technically it's a mix of animation and live-action. I wouldn't rave about it 

as "the best" movie ever, the live-action side of it fails to keep at the same pace as the animated portions. The live-action side of it is, if anything, bland and unnecessary.

However what I love Osmosis Jones is how much it appeals to myself as an artist, my interests and joys. The 90s feel it has, the stellar animation, the style of the way the characters and the world around them is illustrated, the character design, the character's personalities, I love it all.

And some of the concept art for the movie is freakin'awesome.

If you haven't seen it, I totally recommend it. I would warn you that the live-action scenes are dry and can be hard to sit through, but the animated fun inside the body is totally worth it.
