Learning Experience

I figured for my last post I would talk a little bit about what I learned over the semester and how it will help me in the future as a young artist. I already possessed a huge love for indie film before I took this class. I placed it above all other types of film as it is the most creative and influential of all films on the market. Independent film is true art to me. Professor Leeper helped me to explore that even more deeply than I had before with the introduction of some early animated films that were really able to capture my attention. Especially stop motion animation. I have discovered a true love for that art form and if I ever got the chance I would very much love to create a stop motion animated film someday if I get the chance.

Being able to go through and explore the different aspects of digital media arts was also very informative. Learning so much about the different respective areas was very insightful as it should be very important to know all about he medium you work with.

We explored spirituality and how to be a true artist in today's society and for that I am truly grateful to the class and the professors for making that possible for me. Here's to another great semester!
