So I already wrote this all and for some reason it then disappeared, so this might not be the most coherent post thrown together.

But I was going to mention another video in the becoming youtube series, the one on girls in youtube, which is vv important.

Youtube is an interesting media, in that most the creators are self made people who started with a camera and some story or maybe a tutorial and then people watched it. And some people managed to monetize it.

Now, all my favorite youtubers tend to be female, so I always feel like there is a balance between girls and guys, but I'm pretty sure that's not actually true.
(a list of my favorites would include Marina Shut Up, 87 days before, Drew Tabor, Carrie Fletcher, Emma Blackery)

It's a great video, one I definitely recommend watching if you're procrastinating or just suffering from a general sense of ennui or existential dread. Whateves.

sorry mom but I love natalie dormerAnd talking of women in media, Natalie Dormer has some vv on point things she said in this sdcc interview. Plus it doesn't hurt that I'm totally in love and awe of her.
