The Comical POV

I really enjoyed the talk session and the few films we watched today in class. Personally it made me feel like a kid again to watch the one cartoon as well as see Robin Williams. It's such a shame he never found time in his life to make himself happy... God bless his soul. On a brighter note, he was an amazing actor and comedian. He will forever be remembered and kept close in my heart. RIP. Anywho, comedies have always been my favorite genre in movies and films. Currently I STILL love watching the Looney Tunes and Tom and Jerry and everything else like that!!! Who doesn't?? If you don't get the sense of humor and entertainment in comedies then you probably shouldn't be in this animation major... just saying. I guess that's only my opinion though. I really enjoy comedies because they help me find light on days that are bad and they always give me a good laugh. Comedies always brighten moods and look at the brighter sides of life. Comedies also make me feel like I am really in the movie with the actors. Some of my favorite comedians are/were Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, and Adam Sandler… along with some others. I really like the movies Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Bruce Almighty, Mrs. Doubtfire, Flubber, The Grinch, and many manyyyy others.
