Surreh not surreh

Feminism is something that I believe in.  I do believe that women should be equal to men.  I want the same opportunities as men and you are damn right I want to make the same amount of money that men do, because you know what?  I am a human being just like you, man, and that does not mean that I do my job shittier than you because I happen to have the anatomy of a female. 

That being said, I do not think that any sort of media should be getting special attention simply because a female produced it.  I appreciate different perspectives on things and I think having a variety of both men and women accomplishes that.  I honestly don’t give a flying fridge if you are a male or a female, if I like something, I like something and your anatomy will not change that.  It isn't that I do not appreciate women in media because, as I said before, their individual views can bring something significant to the table.  Yet, it is their individual view that I might appreciate, not their gender.  There are both good men and women in the media field and what their body comes equipped with should not matter in the least bit; the media should be judged and critiqued on the actual content.
