Throughout the duration of our class' music video phase I found myself very much enjoying the variety of music and the creativity that went into making some of those awesome music videos. I think of all the ones I saw my favorite has to be "Let Forever Be" by The Chemical Brothers. Such a surreal song with an even more surreal music video.
Those transitions still wig me out but I find them amazing at the same time. Not to mention the song just kicks it out of the park. I have a deep appreciation for music and music videos. Some of my favorite songs of all time have crummy videos and there are definitely awesome music videos to songs I absolutely detest.
I love Van Halen's music but their music videos were anything but inspirational. Rather, they were fun and whimsical in that 80's sort of way.
