As always Leeper is speaking a different language to me in class, but I kind
of got a feel of what he was talking about. Once again he states, "let the
art make you" and don't stay in a specific genre if you're not completely
good at it. It's pretty self-explanatory. Get outside your box. Don't focus on
making the perfect film/art. Let it craft you let you grow. "If something is
worth doing, it's worth doing wrong." And I apply this to my self more as
I do a project, or anything film related, because I feel it needs to be perfect
and I won't be excepted if my work isn't flawless. Long story short don't be
afraid of your failures and learn from your mistakes.
